The Pink Room.

spareBedroom

I run a tight ship around here. Giselle finally mastered the hospital corner, and if you don’t know what that is, get OUT of my château. I also demand freshly churned butter. The Lady of the Manor gets what she wants. Always.

Pepito shuddered when I requested “wall filigree” for the pink room. I explained that these sacred spaces deserve LOVE. A floor littered with mice droppings and the occasional cigarette butt isn’t right. But don’t judge. My château is home to all of God’s creatures and we all need a smoke when times get tough.

Christophe clipped me THIS bit of loveliness yesterday evening. A bit of ivy, petite ranunculus and gorgeous white peonies.

I’ll sleep well tonight, loves.

Love, love, love it! But all my ivy has winter kill this spring, and brown ivy isn’t nearly as sweet….comprenez- vous Madeline?
